It's summertime which means the kids are out of school, lots of things to do outdoors (depending on your location) and plenty of heat.
First thing first, always stay hydrated. The higher the temperature, the more sweat you give off. Drink plenty of water! Don't like plain water? Add watermelon, lemon, kiwi and so on to make the taste a little better.
Apply sunscreen and avoid being in direct sunlight.
Eat regularly! Your body requires nutrients to fight the heat and keep you healthy. Foods like meat, eggs and other proteins are heat generating foods so try to avoid them.
The extreme heat causes the need for you to wear loose clothes. Loose clothes allow you to keep cool and create good air circulation but be sure to keep yourself covered from the rays.
But most of all, HAVE FUN THIS SUMMER! Enjoy your vacations and build an endless amount of memories.
